With an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Animal Health Technology and a National EMT Certification, Amy is committed to staying updated on the latest veterinary practices to ensure smooth appointments. Having been in the veterinary field since 1990, she finds joy in both emergency medicine and private practice. Amy cherishes the close relationships she builds with clients, aiming to make every visit a positive experience. She shares her home with pets Sasha, Stark, Violet, and Phineas, and enjoys fishing, reading, and movies. A fan of "The Dog Whisperer," she is passionate about pet care.

Veterinary Technician
Meet Momina Malik, a dedicated Vet Tech at our veterinary hospital since February 2026. With a passion for small animal medicine and wildlife care, Momina brings her expertise as a licensed veterinarian from Pakistan to pursue her American veterinary license. She finds immense satisfaction in seeing animals recover and cherishes the bonds she forms with pets and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys arts and crafts, indulging in Harry Potter, and sipping on Coca-Cola. Momina also shares her home with Sunny, her beloved golden retriever.

Veterinary Technician
Meet Sara Farnan, a skilled Veterinary Technician at our hospital since October 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the veterinary field, Sara is dedicated to continually enhancing her skills and knowledge. Her passion for working in smaller practices shines through in her hands-on approach with both animals and their owners. Sara finds immense satisfaction in caring for pets and cherishing the bonds she forms with their families. Having been a pet owner herself, she understands the trust required when entrusting someone with your furry companions.

Sara's journey began with volunteering at a North Jersey shelter, where she helped dogs from neglectful backgrounds learn to trust and love again. This challenging yet rewarding experience fueled her passion for veterinary care. At home, Sara enjoys spending time with her one-year-old black cat, Bean, who she lovingly describes as the best feline companion. In her spare time, Sara loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and sharing her culinary creations with friends and family.
