Amina Marshall
Practice VCC Practice Manager
Amina Marshall joined our team at the Veterinary Care Center as the Practice Manager in December 2025. With a background in Business Administration from Rowan College at Burlington County, Amina brings a wealth of knowledge in hospital operations, team development, and practice growth. Her commitment to enhancing the quality of care is evident through her certifications, including Fear Free Certified, Feline Friendly Certified, CPR Certified (BLS/ALS), and membership with the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA).
Amina grew up in South Jersey and has always been passionate about veterinary medicine. Her motivation to become a practice manager stems from a desire to make a broader impact within the field. She believes that strong leadership and efficient operations are crucial to providing exceptional care. Amina finds immense satisfaction in knowing that her work behind the scenes directly benefits pets, their families, and the veterinary team. She thrives on creating systems and solving problems that help the hospital run more efficiently, and she takes great pride in seeing nervous clients leave reassured and team members grow in confidence.
Fun Fact:
Outside of work, Amina is dedicated to her family, including her 6 children (a single, twins, and triplets). She is active in her local community, serving as the PTA Secretary at Memorial Middle School and participating in the mental health ministry at Next Dimension Family Church. Amina enjoys spending her free time reading, writing, and staying fit, and she has a particular passion for leadership development and personal growth.
Amina shares her home with three beloved pets: Tyrion, a 9-year-old Yorkie mix; Harley Quinn, a 3-year-old tabby; and Wednesday, also a 3-year-old tabby. All of her pets were rescued, with Tyrion being a special survivor after being hit by a car and abandoned at a previous hospital where Amina worked.
We are thrilled to have Amina as a vital part of our team, ensuring our practice continues to provide top-notch care for all our furry patients.
